The Context

Three-dev team, mixed stack (TypeScript/React, Go APIs, PostgreSQL), 150+ hours/month combined AI-assisted coding. Jan 2026: tried standardizing on Cursor Pro ($20/mo per dev) + Copilot Business ($19/mo per dev) — seemed like the safe default.
